Clear rules for using imagicv.

This page explains the practical terms behind the product: account access, upload rights, rendering limits, publication choices, credits, payments, and where responsibility starts and ends.

By using imagicv, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account, upload source media, purchase credits, or use the rendering workflow.

Effective date

March 16, 2026

Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the current version.

Account access

Sign-in required

Creating, storing, publishing, and managing renders requires a user account.

Processing scope

Short-form video

The current creation flow is designed around short clips and may trim longer uploads to the first 10 seconds during processing.

Sharing model

Private first

Gallery publication is optional, but you should treat shared output links carefully once you distribute them.

Service scope

What this product is, and what these terms cover.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the site, studio, profile area, public gallery, and related rendering features provided under the imagicv brand.

  • imagicv lets users upload short source videos, choose a visual style, submit a render task, and store the finished output in their account.
  • Using the service includes creating an account, uploading content, starting a render, purchasing or using any credits or trials, publishing a work, or otherwise interacting with the platform.
  • We may update the product, styles, limits, workflows, pricing, or these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the version that applies going forward.
Accounts

You are responsible for your account and how it is used.

The service is built around account-based storage and management. That means account integrity matters.

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method under your control.
  • If you use the service for a company, team, or client, you are responsible for having authority to do so.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, including uploads, renders, publication choices, titles, prompts, and payment actions.
Content rights

You keep your content, but you must have the right to use it.

imagicv processes user-provided media. We do not want rights we do not need, but we do need permission to operate the workflow you ask us to run.

  • You must own or control the rights necessary for any video, audio, text prompt, title, thumbnail choice, or other material you upload, submit, or publish.
  • You keep ownership of your source materials and, as between you and us, your finished outputs. We do not claim ownership of your raw footage simply because it was uploaded here.
  • You grant us a limited license to host, copy, transmit, transform, store, and display your submitted content only as needed to run renders, save outputs, provide account history, and operate optional public gallery features.
  • If you publish a work publicly, you also permit us to display that published work, its title, and the display name associated with your account inside the product and promotional surfaces for the service.
Sharing and deletion

Private by default in-product does not mean risk-free once a file is shared.

The product is designed so newly finished works stay out of the public gallery unless you choose otherwise, but sharing still has consequences.

  • Finished works are private in the product interface by default. Publication to the public gallery is a separate action you control from your account area.
  • If you choose to publish a work, or if you share a direct file URL, other people may be able to view, save, copy, or redistribute that output.
  • You can delete finished or failed jobs from your account. When a deletion succeeds, the service attempts to remove the related uploaded file, rendered output, cover image, and public gallery entry tied to that job.
Usage rules

Do not use the service in a way that creates legal, security, or abuse risk.

We want the product used for legitimate creation, testing, and publishing. The following categories are outside the deal.

  • Do not upload infringing, unlawful, deceptive, hateful, exploitative, or privacy-violating material, and do not use the service to impersonate others or misappropriate their likeness or work.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, App Check, rate limits, payment controls, storage rules, or any other technical safeguards.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or probe the service in a way that interferes with other users, the infrastructure, or integrated providers.
  • Do not use the service to distribute malware, automate abusive bulk generation, or build a competing service from access that was meant only for normal end-user use.
Credits and payments

Some access may be trial-based, some may be credit-based, and paid billing is separate from rendering quality.

The project already includes both trial logic and account-credit flows. Availability may differ by environment, release stage, offer, or account type.

  • We may offer free trials, promotional usage, or paid credit packages. Availability, price, credit balance, and per-render cost may change over time.
  • Where credits are offered, they are service credits only. They are not cash, are not banked funds, are not transferable, and are not redeemable outside the service unless required by law.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Their terms, processing timelines, and failure states apply in addition to these terms.
  • Refund requests are handled case by case unless a different rule is required by law. A successful payment does not guarantee that every render will succeed or that every output will match your creative expectation.
Availability and liability

The service depends on external infrastructure, and outputs are not guaranteed.

This platform relies on cloud rendering, storage, authentication, payment, and other third-party services. That creates practical limits.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect output quality, error-free operation, or that any particular style, provider, or feature will remain available permanently.
  • Rendered results may vary because of source footage, prompts, style behavior, upstream model changes, queue delays, timeouts, and provider-side failures.
  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as is and as available, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely commercial losses arising from use of the platform.
  • We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, infringement, security risk, non-payment, or a breach of these terms.
